Race For The Baltic and the Baltic Sea Challenge welcomes you to the third meeting with the Baltic Sea City Accelerator Club (BSCAC)! 

Let's continue our collaboration to accelerate change within sustainable management of local waters – to ensure a healthy Baltic Sea. The meeting will provide the opportunity to exchange knowledge and information together with other Baltic municipalities and experts, as well as getting support and inspiration in local blue challenges.

💦 TOPICS in FOCUS 
During our Spring meeting we will focus on a number of topics, with the goal to exchange and expand our knowledge in these topics. Participating municipalities will have the opportunity to listen to and discuss with experts from different fields within water management. 

With interactive workshops and inspirational lectures, we will deep dive into:
💧Mapping the gap - nutrient calculations and recycling
💧Indicators for SDG 14
💧How to increase your municipality's work with eutrophication and actions
💧Treatments for agricultural runoff: gypsum, structural liming, biocoal, carbon sinks, and wetlands

    WHAT IS THE BALTIC SEA CITY ACCELERATOR CLUB
    It is a network of innovative, strong and ambitious municipalities. This club builds on previous relationships and networks in order to make them stronger, expand knowledge and information exchange. The Club meets annually with a combination of meeting(s) in person and/or digitally. The Club will continue to meet on a yearly basis to exchange ideas, knowledge, innovations and collaborations.

    WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
    We will meet to learn from each other and build upon existing knowledge, skills and relationships. The meetings are held in person and/or digitally with dynamic workshops, break out groups and opportunities for you to work hands on with a specific problem(s) and its solution(s) during this time.
